Abby & Woof Woof (Proton)

Abby loves her puppy. When Proton walks in the room, Abby looses interest in whatever toy she is playing with sticking her hands out for the dog to lick.Proton doesn't share the same enthusiasm for Abby but does appreciate that she usually has some leftover dinner behind her ears or between her fingers. Yum yum!

Happp Mother's Day

We had a wonderful Mother's Day, when I got home from work there was a present for me and a big brunch. Abby knew how much I wanted a Wii fit and that's what she told Daddy to buy, it's great.

Dave decided that every Mother's day we'll go somewhere important to me, so we went over to Webster University, where I went to school. Dave had hoped I could show Abby around campus and tell her about it. Well Abby was asleep the whole time we were there, but it was still fun to go back and see the campus.

Next we went the zoo! The place was very busy but we still had a great time. (the pictures are a funny color because Dave forgot to use the flash, oops) Abby stayed awake the whole time we were there, she was much more interested in people watching than the animals. We didn't check out the new string ray exhibit, we decided we would wait until later in the summer when it isn't so crowded.

She really liked the fountain, who needs animals when there is water to play with?

First Communion

Saturday was Rachel's first communion party, Congrats Rachel.

While at her parents house, Abby took her first ride on a swing.

Teething

Yep, the teeth are coming in.

Abby has been chewing and drooling for days. And the last two nights she has been up at 3am! We thought we had moved past that stage. She's been clingy and squirmy all at the same time. It's been a rough weekend. Hopefully they'll break through in the next few days.

Weekend Visitors

Grams spent last weekend with us. We needed a babysitter, and she was willing to make the trip down for some alone time with Abby. But before she got here we were able to see Aunt Anna and Uncle Jon who were in town for Anna's family.

Late Friday Grams arrived, she didn't see Abby until Saturday and they got to spend most of the day together.

Grams left Sunday afternoon it was a quick visit but Abby had a great time being spoiled by her Grams.
