Day after shots

It's been a rough day for Mommy and Abby. Abby woke up in a good mood, but soon turned sour. We spent most of the day rocking and reading books. She didn't want to play or sit alone. I did manage to get her to look at some pictures in an album while I put away clothes in her room. She was facsinated by the pictures of herself.

She also curled up in her soft blanket from Aunt Sally while I snapped the few smiles she had today. This blanket is uber soft on one side, Abby loves to rub her cheeks on the material, it's great for settling her down.

Dave and I will be out in the garage working late tonight, trying to get our new doors painted so they can be hung tomorrow. Yeah! Abby and I are going to try and get out of the house for a few hours, I have a feeling it's going to get loud.
